Senior Alliance Director-EY

The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team accelerates Databricks' growth by building and managing relationships with the leading data technology services companies.

In this role, as our EY Partner Alliance Senior Director, you will be part of a team responsible for driving a high performing partnership focused on the strategic go-to market motions with EY. You will lead this partnership regionally  and implement a cohesive strategy to grow an iconic partnership focused on expanding mindshare, growing revenue, scaling EY's Data & Analytics practice and driving joint innovation.

You will report to the Vice President of Global System Integrators


The impact you will have:

  • You will expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
  •     You will help accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
  •     You will develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
  •     You will secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to market plans
  •     You will launch go to market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos

What we look for:

  • 5 to10 years experience in securing and supporting partnerships at global scale
  •     In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition.
  •     Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
  •     Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA or APAC
  •     Experience working with direct sales organizations  in hyper growth technology companies
  •     Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
  •     Experience working in a high growth, entrepreneurial organization that has seen scale from $500M-$2B
