Investment Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Services Investment Program, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of technology investments. As the Investment Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company through effective program management, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

The impact you will have: 

Strategic Program Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Investment Program.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the program.
  • Ensure effective allocation of investments to maximize return on investment.
  • Regular reporting on consumption ROI delivered as part of effective use of investment $

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand business needs and align program objectives.
  • Active engagement with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure compliance, status, and program execution
  • Solve for program blockers and bottlenecks. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and drive a plan of action to resolve.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring investments approvals within budget
  • Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management or management consulting or related fields. 
  • Proven experience as a Program Management Manager in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing investment portfolios.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business outcomes.
  • Experience managing an investment or funding program or managing strategic investments a plus
