From BI to AI: Snowflake to Databricks for Next-Gen People Science

Thomas has a rich history in people-science, but a present and future in using AI to empower individuals and teams to feel more connected at work. This session will talk about the 2-year journey that Thomas has been on from BI to AI. At the heart of this was their migration from Snowflake to Databricks (which they did in only 4 weeks) that provided the foundation for their data science team to build on their ability to deliver accurate, actionable predictions to the business, to developing AI endpoints directly into their product.
