Years of inorganic growth left TK Elevator (TKE) with data silos, inconsistent KPIs and limited ability to steer its services. By consolidating IoT, operational and financial data on a governed Azure Databricks Intelligence Platform — aligning enterprise semantics through the CDP Nexus program — TKE created a single, trusted data foundation from board to field ops. Medallion architecture ensures reliability and reuse, while Unity Catalog provides governance. On this foundation, TKE extended the same semantics and controls to unstructured data such as contracts and service logs, using LLMs to extract risks, obligations and renewal signals. Intelligent agents combine contract insights with operational performance data to support portfolio decisions with human‑in‑the‑loop validation. This session shows how Digital Ops, standardized KPIs and AI‑ready data products leveraging Genie enabled productivity gains and faster, more consistent decisions, setting context for the Session B deep dive.
