Modernizing Banking ETL and Analytics with Delta Live Tables

Consumer-driven expectations push all customers to adopt real-time capabilities, and banking is no exception. Navy Federal Credit Union is a trailblazer in member personalization; a large part of this hinges on real-time capabilities. This talk will demonstrate how Delta Live Tables powers real-time analytics for Navy Federal's #1 priority, Omnichannel. We will show how data quality is applied to financial aggregator data as it streams in real-time, how pipelines autoscale to meet member volume, and how data is served in Power BI to users across Navy Federal. We will also describe the underlying technology in Delta Live Tables that enables these pipelines to scale seamlessly, in addition to observability features.
