Next-Gen Energy AI: Asset Bundles/MLOps on Repsol's Data & AI Platform

Repsol's journey in integrating MLOps within the innovative Data & AI Cloud Platform, ARiA. Developed on Microsoft Azure, ARiA has been pivotal in managing data and AI models at scale. Our focus will be on the practical implementation and advantages of Databricks Asset Bundles in MLOps. These play a critical role in managing complex Databricks projects, aligning with best practices. They enable a structured approach with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and offer continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) capabilities. We will explain how we utilize these within ARiA, applying CI/CD for efficient software development. This has led to the rapid and robust development of ML models, ensuring their reliability in production, helping us to develop and deploy GenAI & LLM use cases. This presentation will be technical, featuring code and demos. It is a deep dive into how the synergy between ARiA and MLOps is driving digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in the energy sector.
