He began his journey at Launchmetrics in 2003 as a software developer building large-scale search systems and progressively advanced into team leadership and strategic technology roles, culminating in his current position leading the software development organisation. At Launchmetrics he focuses on driving technical excellence, innovation with modern data-driven solutions, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-impact software products. 

Throughout his career he has worked across engineering, R&D and technical management, engaging with complex technology challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His passion for optimisation and learning underpins his approach to building scalable systems and supporting team growth.
