Brad was onboarded to Softcrylic in 2018 to build a Data Science practice for the company. During his tenure at Softcrylic, Brad has consulted dozens of large companies across many verticals in applying machine learning and data mining techniques to their unique business problems. Specific domains of expertise include attribution, ML-driven persona construction, test design and computational simulation techniques.​
