He started his career at CERN as a research physicist and then moved to Apple to lead the business development of the research markets in EMEA.
Before joining Databricks, Ioannis had co-founded 3 startups, where he championed the development of serverless architectures on the cloud.
Ioannis holds a Ph.D. in Physics, an MBA, and an Executive Master in digital transformation.
