Jay Yang is an Executive Director and Distinguished Engineer at UBS. He leads UBS Risk AI Enablement and manages UBS RiskLab, the bank’s model and AI development platform serving thousands of data scientists and ML/AI developers. His team builds analytics, ML, and generative AI platforms for lab and production using in-house services plus Azure and Azure Databricks to enable self-service development and streamlined deployment. He also leads Risk AI Client Success, delivering AI solutions for complex financial use cases and insights. He has 20+ years’ experience across startups, fintechs, and major banks.
