Joe is the Director of Measurement & Attribution at Effectv, a Comcast Company, where his main focus is creating innovative, 1st party solutions to help advertisers measure the performance of their media against outcomes that matter most to their business. Prior to joining Effectv, Joe was Head of TV Analytics at LiveRamp where he leveraged the Data + Math measurement platform to empower brands and agencies with industry-leading cross-screen insights. Prior to LiveRamp, Joe was Head of Analytics at dataxu (acquired by Roku), where he helped transform the business from a traditional DSP to an industry-leading advanced TV platform. Joe is a die-hard Boston sports fan, and holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters in Econometrics, both from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
