Kajal is a  Sr.Director at Capital one, where she had several roles over the course of eight years with the company. Kajal's experience spans designing and implementing scalable data architecture, leading cross-functional teams responsible for building end to end data solutions  from ingestion and storage to processing and analysis, ensuring data availability and high quality data. 

Kajal is passionate about making trustworthy data available to drive business growth, improve customer relationships and fuel innovation. 

At Capital One, she also actively contributes to and holds leadership roles in the Women in Tech. She is a strong advocate of mentorship and sponsorship.
