Karla Hrabar
Karla is a veteran of the Consumer Goods Industry, starting her career at L'Oreal 20 years ago before moving to Proctor and Gamble, where Karla and her team managed some of their largest clients. After 14 successful years at P&G, Karla moved to Unilever, where she leads Data, Analytics and Digital Transformation across Europe, managing an organization of around 100 people. Unilever’s mission is to help people feel good and get more out of life by meeting their everyday needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care. Key to delivering on that mission is to ensure smooth company operations worldwide. With petabytes of financial, regional, and customer data at their disposal, Karla and her Team are at the forefront of democratizing data and through their transformation programs, enabling the business to capitalize on its opportunities and deliver on its mission.
