Neerav has spent over 20 years as a management consultant focusing on AI driven innovation and growth strategies. He’s served on the executive leadership teams of fortune 500 firms and a venture backed start-up. He currently leads MarTech & AdTech for Data and AI at Capgemini, a global consultancy focused on building AI solutions for the world’s largest organizations. Prior to Capgemini, Neerav was an AI Innovation Advisory Principal at AWS and Amazon Advertising. He’s a two time winner of the Ogilvy Award for research in advertising and a two time finalist for the AI Conics AI Innovator of the year (2021 and 2022). In 2019 and 2020, Neerav and his teams were finalists for the AiConics Award in AI Innovation for Sales and Marketing for their work at Realogy and at HOMER/Begin Holdings.
