Russell Marks is focused on managing risk and creating value through building transformative technology and the culture that embraces it.
As part of the cross-functional risk management team, Russell leads critical technology and transformation projects (utilizing Databricks!).

With a team of over 500 dedicated “fraud fighters”, Russell leads from ideation, through communication and into change management to realize meaningful results.
Russell has a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri for honed communication skills, an MBA from the University of Illinois to understand the P&L, and an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School in Leading Change, studying the research behind why change succeeds or fails.
