Ryan joined in Enigma as in 2018 has served as CTO since 2020. Prior to joining Enigma, Ryan built out Anchorage Capital Management's structured finance platform. He also held technology leadership roles at Goldman Sachs where he developed fixed income trading systems. Ryan earned his BA at University of Michigan and his MS at Columbia University.
