Sanjay Kukreja is Global Head of Technology at eClerx, leading its Software, Analytics, Quality, and Infrastructure practice. Spanning strategy, consulting, and technology, his career runs from solution design and product development to client delivery and P&L ownership. He has built award-winning AI products — Compliance Manager, Market360, DocIntel, GenAI360, QA360, and RoboWorx CogniFlows. Earlier roles span Accenture, Microsoft, and BroadVision, where he delivered IRCTC, India's largest online travel platform. An active researcher with nine publications and two global patents (US, UK), he holds degrees from IIT Kanpur, IIM Calcutta, and SP Jain, and speaks widely on AI-first enterprises.
