Shawn has 23 years of experience in Federal Sector Information Technology. Joining U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in 2006, he is a founding member of USCIS’s enterprise data warehouse program and has continued to apply innovation in analytics and data strategy. As the Chief of Data & Business Intelligence for USCIS Office of Information Technology, Shawn has led the agency in delivering analytics capability for nearly 15,000 users creating data transparency and quality within USCIS.
