Stefan is a member of the IT leadership team at Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare across 20+ brands (including MAC, Clinique, La Mer, and Bobby Brown). He leads data & analytics, marketing technologies, enterprise architecture and AI technology.
Before joining Estée Lauder, Stefan led the digital corporate performance management (CPM) team at McKinsey & Company, served as IT business partner for finance, sales & marketing at Diageo (alcoholic beverages) and started his career as a systems integrator and architect at Deloitte.
Stefan grew up in Norway, as a UK national, moved to the US, married an Indian and has twin American boys – i.e. an average multi-cultural New York City dweller.
