Tim Loftus is from Marlton, NJ just outside of Philadelphia, PA. He earned his BS in Meteorology and MS in Integrated Scientific Applications specializing in Weather Intelligence and Risk Management from Millersville University in Millersville, PA. He has a strong passion for weather and data science. Working at AccuWeather as a Data Scientist then at ESRI as a Solution Engineer. He rejoined AccuWeather helping lead the Historical Data Initiative, that was built within the Databricks platform.
