Zubair is the head of the Infrastructure Data Science team at Databricks, where he leads efforts to enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of the Databricks platform. His team works closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive impactful improvements, ensuring a robust and high-performing platform for all users. Additionally, Zubair's team is responsible for revenue forecasting, providing critical performance insights, and developing advanced tools to scale the work of data scientists within the organization. Prior to joining the company, he spent 11 years at Google as a Data Science leader focused on consumer-facing products, delivering insights to enhance product performance and user experience.
