Please ensure that you have checked the following settings:

1) Cookies must be enabled and accepted

2) JavaScript must be enabled and allowed by your company/organization security settings

There could be a variety of reasons for this. Make sure you are connected to strong Wi-Fi and are near your router or are connected to a hardline. Try closing other windows outside the platform and reload the page. If that doesn’t help, ensure that other devices on your network are not currently consuming bandwidth. Ensure that you are not on a VPN

1) Click the Play button — video does not play automatically

2) Make sure there is supposed to be live content during the time you’re watching (check the schedule — everything is listed in U.S. Pacific Time)

3) Right-click and select “reload player”

4) Using the Preferences button (cog icon), select a lower-quality video stream

5) Ensure other apps and windows are closed — not using bandwidth

1) Make sure there should be audio playing (are people speaking?)

2) Make sure your computer audio is turned up

3) Hover over the volume control on the player and ensure the mute feature is not selected

4) Select “English” — as only the keynote supports other language audio

1) The on-demand videos are updated on a rolling basis and will only appear once the video has been uploaded. Please expect this to take up to 48 hours after the day of the session

2) If you have logged in or registered, you must have cookies enabled as the video player is from YouTube and requires this for the video player to load

3) A small number of sessions will not be available due to restrictions by the speaker or their company
