Analytics Director at USPS Office of Inspector General
Fredy is the current Director of Analytics at the USPS Office of Inspector General. The analytics team is responsible for building analytical tools and models to support OIG audits, investigations, and executive decision-making, as well as increasing data literacy and data-driven decision making across the agency. As a seasoned data professional with more than 15 years of experience, Fredy is known for leveraging data, technology, and innovation to maximize operational excellence. Before working at the USPS OIG, he worked in the Labor Department’s real and personal property division, as well as the Department of Defense in aviation weapon system procurement and logistics. Before working for the Federal government, he served in the Marine Corps for nine years, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Fredy holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Science in Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University. He was recently featured on CDO Magazine’s 40 Under Forty list for data leaders.
