Rishi brings 20 plus years of impressive Informatics and Technology architecture experience in federal and commercial health sectors. He has a track record of conceptualizing, designing, and implementing large scale, program focused, value driven, nationally critical cloud solutions that spans across multiple agencies and ecosystems. Rishi currently serves as the Chief Architect at the CDC Office of Chief Information Officer. Most recently Rishi was the Chief Architect for CELR (COVID19 Electronic Lab Reporting) and IZDL (COVID19 Immunization Data Lake). These two systems are the crucial data backbone for COVID informatics Infrastructure that currently supports both localized as well as national COVID19 response for the nation. Rishi led very diverse teams of technologists, vendors, and agencies to drive architectures from “concept to implementation” in a very short time frame.
