Agentic Admins: Managing Databricks @ Databricks

If we are building a future with 100,000 agents accessing our platform, relying on human administrators to click buttons and approve tickets is a non-starter. The math simply doesn’t work; human admin teams cannot scale linearly with an exponential agent workforce. This session explores how the Data Platform team is solving this by building “agentic admins” — autonomous systems capable of managing the platform for us.
