Agentic Admins: Managing Databricks @ Databricks

If we are building a future with 100,000 agents accessing our platform, relying on human administrators to click buttons and approve tickets is a non-starter. The math simply doesn’t work; human admin teams cannot scale linearly with an exponential agent workforce. This session explores how the Data Platform team is solving this by building "Agentic Admins"—autonomous systems capable of managing the platform for us.
