AI Candidate Matching on the Lakehouse — Transforming Recruitment Operations

Hays is building a search & match platform to power AI-driven candidate-to-job matching, improving recruiter productivity, fill-rate accuracy and time-to-match at scale.

Hays’ Global Head of Data will walk through the architecture design in the lakehouse, bringing together structured and raw sources, behavioural signals as well as skill ontologies to power advanced matching models.
