Lilly’s presentation will highlight how a dual business and technology strategy is guiding the rollout of an AI field assistant and enabling scalable governance and organizational change management across diverse groups of field users. We will highlight why we chose the platform and how the Databricks ecosystem is accelerating innovation by unifying data, analytics and AI capabilities to support smarter, faster decision making. We expect to share expanded updates on emerging features such as Genie, which will ease prompt constraints and support more abstract, data aware questions, along with new agentic actions that streamline workflows and broaden what users can accomplish through natural language interaction. Throughout the presentation we will share lessons learned from deploying the platform at scale. Together, these advancements illustrate how coordinated business and technical innovation are shaping more adaptive, AI enabled solutions.
