isolved is an HR and payroll platform operating in a multi-tenant software architecture. Each instance of isolved must be securely isolated, onboarded quickly, and made analytics-ready without manual overhead. With rapid growth through new tenant launches, isolved modernized on Databricks and adopted dbt to standardize ingestion, governance, and delivery at scale. In this session, isolved’s Head of Data, Sohan Chatterjee, will share a repeatable and production-tested pattern for metadata-driven acceleration: provisioning per-tenant ingestion infrastructure via IaC , auto-generating dbt source definitions from lakehouse metadata, and implementing staging-layer tests to catch issues early in a PII-sensitive environment.
