Alan is the technical lead for our internal Data Platform function at Databricks. Alan has been building data platforms at the companies that make data platforms for the last 15 years, first at Cloudera and now at Databricks. At Databricks, our internal Data Platform enables all Databricks employees to use our own product to interact with data on a daily basis. He is passionate about product feedback, and believes that when more people use data, the company can make better decisions
