Angie Ruan is the Divisional CTO for Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms. She is responsible for overseeing the division’s technology strategy, including engineering across Listings, Index, Data, Analytics, Investor Relations, and Governance Solutions. She rejoined Nasdaq after serving as SVP at Chime. Prior to Chime, Angie was SVP of Global Technology at Nasdaq, overseeing key Market Technology engineering.
Angie has a strong track record of leading business transformations across American Express, PayPal, and eBay. She holds four technical patents, a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara, and studied undergraduate in Computer Science at Tsinghua University of China.
