Anna joined Databricks through its acquisition of Neon, where she was the first product manager and led a seriesof 0→1 projects for the serverless Postgres platform behind Lakebase. Developer productivity has been her throughline — velocity across the application development lifecycle, and the efficiency and resilience that good observability and tooling bring when things go wrong — shaped by years leading engineering teams.
