Axel is a Field Engineer at Replit, where he helps enterprise customers build production-ready apps on top of their data infrastructure. Axel has been at the forefront of Replit's integration with Databricks since its launch in February 2026, helping enterprises go from idea to governed, production-ready data apps without requiring a traditional development team. He works with customers across financial services, consulting, logistics, and technology to roll out the Replit + Databricks Apps workflow. Prior to Replit, Axel was a data science and AI engineering consultant, where he helped enterprises operationalize ML and AI on modern data platforms. He is based in Foster City, California.
