Brian Ames is the head of the AI Center and Senior Manager for Transformation and Enablement at General Motors. Before General Motors Brian built the DeepBrew Machine Learning Platform at Starbucks, a system that has served billions of recommendations. Brian holds an MBA in Statistics and Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA from Williams College.
