Christian Jung leads Digital, Data & AI Foundation at TK Elevator and has been driving TKE’s digital journey since 2016. His work spans IoT-based digital products for internal operations and customer-facing services, including MAX, TKE’s global IoT and predictive maintenance solution. He has built and scaled data capabilities and teams, leading semantic, AI-ready data foundations that create trusted insights and business value. More recently, his focus has expanded to agentic AI in service operations, combining connected asset data, enterprise context, and AI to support context-aware field service.
