Dr. Elizabeth Barth-Thacker is Vice President and Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics at American Modern Insurance Group, part of Munich Re. She leads enterprise data strategy, AI and data governance, analytics enablement, and cloud data transformation initiatives across the organization. Since joining American Modern in 2021, she has helped modernize the company’s data ecosystem and scale AI-ready analytics capabilities that drive faster, smarter business decisions. Elizabeth brings executive leadership experience across insurance, healthcare, operations, technology, and analytics, with a focus on enterprise transformation and data-driven leadership. She holds a Doctorate, and graduate degrees in AI, Business, Technology & Cybersecurity.
