Germaine Ong is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Databricks, working with Digital Native Business and Emerging Enterprise customers across ASEAN. Before Databricks, she spent 3.5 years at AWS helping startups and public sector enterprises in the region build and scale their cloud infrastructure. Her data journey started as a Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry, where she felt the pain of going from raw data to usable insights. Now at Databricks, she helps organizations make data accessible to everyone without losing the flexibility engineers need. It's a challenge she knows well, and one she's excited to explore in her session on Lakeflow Designer.
