Hanlin Tang is the CTO of Neural Networks at Databricks, where he is responsible for Databricks' AI products. Previously, he was the co-founder and CTO of MosaicML, a generative AI startup that joined Databricks. Hanlin has a Ph.D. from Harvard University, and has published in leading journals and conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, Neuron, and PNAS.
