Henrik Lynge is a seasoned IT leader and Sr. Director of Architecture & Strategy at Novo Nordisk (Jan 2026), with 20+ years of experience in R&D. He leads architecture across R&D, with a strong focus on GxP-compliant IT systems and data platforms. Previously, he worked with remote sens-ing, GIS and solution development across Danish Environmental Protection Agency, Hedeselskabet, and contributed through various roles at Novo Nordisk. He holds an MSc in Biol-ogy from the University of Copenhagen and executive education from CBS and Harward Business school.
He has published books, Game assets and builds solutions with Python, Vibe coding, and CI/CD, happy to read and learn on topics that he does not master yet. Labour of love - boat restore.
