Software Engineer, LanceDB

Jack Ye is a software engineer at LanceDB, and a PMC member of both Apache Iceberg and Apache Polaris. He is a contributor to several open-source projects, including Lance, LanceDB, Apache Spark, Trino, Presto, Ray, Apache Gravitino, and Apache HBase. Prior to joining LanceDB, Jack was a tech lead at AWS, where he led key initiatives such as SageMaker Lakehouse, S3 Tables, and the EMR & Athena integration with Apache Iceberg.
