Jacob Steiger is a Senior Vice President leading Change Management for Investment Risk & Analytical Services (IRAS) at Northern Trust (NT), based in Chicago. In this role, he leads strategic change initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, client experience, and risk management across NT’s global analytics platform. With more than a decade of experience in digital solutions and analytics, he specializes in driving complex transformations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement in highly regulated environments. Most recently, Jake led the modernization of the Portfolio Performance platform, implementing a data-driven operating model and technology stack that delivers near real-time analytics to support portfolio managers' investment decisions. Jacob holds an Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.
