Jeff is VP, GM of Developer and AI at 1Password. Jeff has been building developer and security tools for over 15 years, contributing to and leading teams that developed HashiCorp Vault, Boundary, and Radar, as well as Mesosphere (Apache Mesos), Puppet Labs, and early security startups. Distributed systems, cryptography, identity security, and applied AI are subjects Jeff is professionally passionate about, with a particular focus on agentic and non-human identity systems, emerging protocols and technologies to secure the next generation of builders. When not at work, Jeff enjoys running, riding bikes, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
