Jennifer has built her career at the intersection of data management, data engineering, governance, and business intelligence, working across industries including government, healthcare, retail, technology, and casino hospitality. She has led high‑performing data teams within large, complex organizations and currently serves as Vice President of Data at MGM Resorts International. Previously, Jennifer was a Data & AI Specialist at Microsoft, where she partnered with enterprise clients on data strategy and Azure implementation. A Las Vegas resident of over 20 years, she enjoys crafting, reading, dining out, traveling, and spending time with her four‑year‑old Boston Terrier.
