Jordan Pierce is VP of Data at CMSPI, where he leads the development of the company’s modern data, analytics, and AI platform. His work focuses on using Databricks, Azure, machine learning, and advanced optimization to help global merchants improve payments performance, reduce costs, and make better strategic decisions.
He has led CMSPI’s transition to a scalable lakehouse architecture, supporting growth to billions of transactions processed each week. Today, Jordan leads CMSPI’s use of Databricks across MLOps, AI-powered analytics, and payments routing optimization, while driving the next phase of innovation through natural-language insight generation and emerging agentic workflows.
