Mengfei Ren is an Engineering Manager at Databricks leading the Lakeflow Pipelines Datasets team. Her team’s mission is to help Databricks “win ETL” by making Pipeline Datasets — including Materialized Views, Streaming Tables, and Flows — consistent, observable, and simple to use across the platform. Prior to joining Databricks, Mengfei spent nine years at Airbnb building large-scale fintech and payments systems.
