Miran is the Senior Executive and AI Lead at Skuld, the marine P&I insurer, where he runs AI across three fronts: product delivery, enterprise governance, and building AI competence across the organisation. He focuses on moving AI past pilots - shipping systems that claims handlers and underwriters actually use, with trust, auditability, and access controls designed in from the start. Alongside the build work, he puts the governance frameworks and learning programmes in place so the rest of the business can adopt AI responsibly.

Before Skuld, Miran spent years as a Senior IT Consultant across AI, ML, DevOps, infrastructure, and data/software engineering, leading cross-functional teams on complex projects for clients across industries.
