Nikhil Pande is a distinguished data leader and Staff Data Architect at Rivian, specializing in the design of scalable data ecosystems and the orchestration of agentic AI. Having played an instrumental role in migrating Rivian’s data landscape to Databricks, he holds registered intellectual property for his innovations in real-time PLM ingestion pipelines. Currently, Nikhil champions AI adoption by architecting agentic frameworks; he recently pioneered a Procurement Negotiations App utilizing a master-agent architecture and human-in-the-loop feedback. With over a decade of expertise and a Master’s in Data Science from the University of Illinois, Nikhil balances technical rigor with a lifelong passion for scuba diving and hiking.
