Pau Montero Parés is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and team management. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Launchmetrics, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering organization.
Prior to Launchmetrics, Pau worked as Development and Systems Manager at iMente Global, building strong expertise in technical operations and R&D. He holds a background in computer engineering and a master’s degree in policy and marketing, combining strategic vision with deep technical knowledge.
He is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and scaling modern cloud-based and AI-powered platforms that support global growth.
