Samantha Wise is a Senior Specialist Solutions Engineer in AI/ML at Databricks, where she helps regulated enterprises take advanced AI from prototype to production, including vision-language batch inference, agentic systems, and forecasting at scale. With an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol, she began her career as a data scientist at an asset management firm, contributing to the Coronavirus Research Taskforce, before moving into Generative AI at a marketing-tech startup. Samantha is passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve real-world problems that matter and about coaching the next generation of practitioners along the way.
