Santosh Dandey is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Global, leading data architecture for a large-scale audit data platform serving the firm's global network. Partnering with stakeholders worldwide, he spearheaded the modernization of the Global Audit Platform on a Databricks Lakehouse, unifying fragmented legacy systems into a governed data foundation. He now drives AI-enabled capabilities to elevate the audit experience for Deloitte's specialists and practitioners. Previously at UBS, he modernized the on-premise Market Risk platform using Databricks, Spark, and microservices. Santosh brings 15+ years of technical leadership across financial services and telecommunications.
