She has been helping customers architect solutions for over 10 years spanning all verticals. Shelley helps customers turn the Data Intelligence Platform into production outcomes ~ Lakeflow ingestion and DLT pipelines, GenAI model serving, Unity Catalog governance, and self-service analytics with Genie. She focuses on the last mile ~ getting solutions deployed, governed, and repeatable with special attention to Day2 Admin planning.
